


Set amidst the peaceful and green mountains near the Shuiguan section of the Great Wall is the 8 sq km Commune by the Great Wall Kempinski Beijing. The Hotel
There are 42 villas (236 rooms), designed by 12 Asian architects, ranging in size from 4 to 6 bedrooms, which are dispersed along the steep slope of the serene valley. Each villa frames dramatic views of the sinuous landscape or The Great Wall, which is accessible by a path on the property.
In the restaurants a food series of classic Beijing, Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines, entitled Peking Roast Duck, Spicy Sichuan Food, Norishing Cantonese Food and Vegetarian Food has been introduced. It's most enjoyable to taste the mixture of Chinese and Western culinary cultures in orthodox traditional Chinese food, plus red and white wines from around the world in refined and modernistic surroundings.
