The Camps

Little Governors' Camp
Little Governors' casts a spell over all who visit. It is intimate in character, with just 17 luxury en-suite tents tucked around a large watering hole that teems with both birds and wildlife. The camp is approached by a boat ride across the Mara River, then an escorted walk through the ravine forest.
Governors' IL Moran Camp
Hidden under ancient trees, deep in the forest, are just 10 tents. This is for those who want that extra bit of luxury. The camp is small and intimate, with added touches that make this the top of the range safari. IL Moran is widely regarded as the premiere camp in the Masai Mara.
Governors' Private Camp
Situated in a spot where animals come to drink, hippos laze in the shallows and elephant bring their calves for a playful dip. The forest around the camp is home to many beautiful birds from rare Trogans and Turacos to nesting Hornbills. This is the jewel in the Governors' Camp crown; for those who want an exclusive taste of the Governors' experience. Private Camp can only be booked by one family or group at a time, so it is yours to enjoy, as the name suggests, in private. It means up to 16 people have, to themselves, a beautiful bend of the Mara River.
Loldia House
Only a short drive from Nairobi, at Loldia House you will experience the life of Kenya's early settlers. This is an ideal spot to relax, taste the pleasures of Kenyan country life and explore the Great Rift Valley. There are beautiful views of the dormant volcano, Mount Longonot, wild animals roaming free on the farm and in the evening hippos munching quietly by the waterside.
Mfangaro Island Camp
Lapped by the waters of Lake Victoria, shaded by giant fig trees and lost to the world, Mfangano Island Camp is an oasis of tranquility, an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Sabyinya Silverback Lodge
The lodge, situated in the foothills of the mightly Virungas, affords wonderful views of the volcanoes and surrounding countryside. Guest cottages and the main lodge building have been beautifully constructed and are only minutes away from the headquarters of the Parc National des Volcans from where guests trek on foot to see the magnificent Mountain Gorilla - perhaps one of the most dramatic, thrilling and poignant wildlife experience possible.
